Unfortunately at the moment, we only deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland
Delivery charge for skincare products
UK standard delivery
£ 2.80 or free on orders over £10 (delivery time is normally 2-5 working days). Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Premium delivery (UK only)
£5.50 (regardless of the amount spent. Order must be placed before 1 pm. Delivery within 1-2 working days).
Standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland (charges from UK to ROI is classed as international)
£13 (regardless of the amount spent (delivery time is normally 3-5 working days).Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Delivery charge for keepsakes
UK delivery via 1st class Royal Mail signed for or via courier.
£4.99 for any single stuffed animal or cushion. For extra items an additional £2.50 is charged.
Unless stated otherwise, £5.50 for memory blankets. For extra items an additional £2.50 is charged.
The Republic of Ireland
£13.50 for any single item, tracked and signed for. Delivery time approximately 3-5 working days.
Delivery of gift vouchers
£1.20 sent via Royal Mail (includes UK and the Republic of Ireland.)
Please note the following
- Delivery will be made on working days Monday to Friday (exclusive of bank and public holidays)
- Delivery will be through Royal Mail or courier.
- A signature may be required for the delivery
- If a signature is provided by a neighbour or a parcel has been left at your local post office, the parcel will be considered as being delivered.
- We are not permitted to send flammable products to BFPO addresses or UK mainland)
- Delivery times are approximate. Miamama cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery of your order once they are dispatched.
- Premium delivery is only available to mainland UK and N. Ireland.
- If you have not received your item (s) after 14 days, please contact us.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Items are posted Monday-Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
- Orders received during a non-working day, will be processed the next working day.
- Orders to the UK mainland and rural areas may take longer for delivery.
- If applicable, import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of placing their order. Miamama cannot be held responsible for loss of any items due to the wrong or incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout by the purchaser.
- Delivery to PO boxes is unavailable.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase (s) from our website but if there is any reason that you are unhappy with any skincare purchases, Miamama will offer a refund on items which are returned within 30 days of dispatch as long as they are in their original, unopened condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When appropriate, you will be given the choice to exchange your product for another item within our site (the difference in price and postage must be paid) or a full refund, excluding postage, will be made. If you choose a refund, payment will be made back to the account it was paid from. Once we receive the product, you will be notified and payment will be made to the associated account soon after (this usually can take up to 14 working days).
Please note that sale items cannot be returned. For personal hygiene reasons, items such as lip gloss, deodorants or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or if they have a seal which remains intact.
Please be advised that Miamama is under no obligation to provide refunds once a baby yoga or massage course has commenced.
Concerning the keepsakes, as these are handmade, it is not possible to provide a refund unless the fault is due to a mistake on our behalf (incorrect spelling of a name for example). In this situation you will be offered the opportunity for us to rectify the fault where possible.
Any unused items of clothing will be returned to the owner along with the keepsake. Any partially used items will not be returned.
When returning your product please provide us with your name, billing address, your order number and the reason for return.
It is your responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely and sufficiently to avoid any damage on transit. We advise that you obtain proof of postage. Miamama cannot be held accountable for any damage that has been caused to the product during its transit to us.
